We selected a voice model with human-like sound quality and developed an AI agent optimized for real-time, natural conversations. The AI voice was fine-tuned to be expressive and lifelike, ensuring more natural interactions.

Train the AI voice bot on sales techniques and product knowledge.

Solution

Using data from hundreds of hours of sales calls, scripts, and marketing materials, we built a custom database via Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Leveraging a fine-tuned LLM and the LangChain framework, we developed a reliable AI capable of handling real-world sales conversations, objection handling, and upselling scenarios.
