End Users seeking to access, correct, amend, or delete data stored in our services should direct their queries to the relevant DATAFOREST customer, who acts as the data controller for such information.

Data retention

At DATAFOREST, we retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide our services to our customers, subject to our compliance with this Policy and applicable law. We may also retain and use Personal Information as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, maintain accurate records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Once a customer's subscription to our services is terminated, we have internal policies for deleting their data from our system.

At DATAFOREST, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through our services.
